Disappointing service when system had an issue, was rude and unprofessional and not willing to make a service call. Spoke to business once when we wanted to inquire about a purchase another system for a family member and was not willing to do the job. Called another time to ask for service on a reverse osmosis problem and was treated with unkind, disrespectful and condescending comments. Buyer beware, only will help you if you use them for annual maintenance and purchase the filters and water softener pellets from them.
