I visited this location for the first time & I love it so much. Heather was so warm & welcoming. She walked me through all the stroller options and she has so much knowledge about all the products. I love chatting with her & she’s such a sweetheart & I appreciate all her help today.I must say one of the best customer service I’ve ever had.Employees like Heather makes life so much easier for first time moms like me.My family loved her too.Harjot

Massive toys shop.There is a huge chance you'll find the toy item you desire Here.I like the family game section, where different games are sold. Games such as Jenga, Monopoly, scrabble, and chess boards are sold here.The store also sell many other baby and mother items.The staff are really nice and helpful.There are other businesses onsite which makes shopping in this location worthwhile.There is parking for guests.

I just went today to Toy r us 4June2023There is a girl name Parisha she misbehaved with me me and my husband both are shocked to see such kind of behaviour . I bought 100$ stuff for my kidNow I will return it and talk to the manager .This is not the way u talked to the customer.

Eh, well I'm surprised that toys r us is even around anymore.... The selection is ok, but for action figures GameStop is a whole lot better. For some reason toys r us will not price match anymore.... Crazy! Ironically their prices are considerably more than other stores. Well, I guess toys r us will end up bankrupt again!The store is clean and organized, but I will shop elsewhere for toys. I can get better prices at Walmart. Come to think of it, Dollarama has entered the market of brand name toys, so I'll take my business there and get Marvel action figures for the kids.

We just bought a Evenflow Revolve car seat and had some questions about properly adjusting the straps to fit our child. Rather than struggle or try to find youtube videos, I decided to drive back to the Southgpark Village Mall Toys R Us, where we bought it. I asked Gail for help in the store, and she happily came out to the parking lot to help. She made recommendations on what adjustments should be made to properly fit our child, and was knowledgeable. I am grateful for the wonderful service, Gail! This is what makes buying in store and locally, wherever possible.

We bought a stroller in May 2022 and (to no fault of Toys R Us) we’re now going through a warranty claim through the manufacturer which requires the sales receipt that we didn’t have anymore. I called this morning and spoke to the supervisor/manager working and she was so extremely helpful!! After a few minutes of digging in the system she was able to find our receipt and email it directly to me, saving me a trip to the store as well as a potential unsuccessful warranty claim due to not having proof-of-purchase. I’m so grateful that she was able to take the time to help me. :)

I was surprised by the great customer service of their staff. They were genuine with their recommendations and provide great assistance. I was interested to buy a few toys for my little cousins and I managed to get everything easily because of their staff. It was a nice shopping experience that I wont forget.
