Very professional, very caring and attentive. This is a wonderful establishment with an incredibly friendly and honest owner. I have very much enjoyed dealing with Neil and Shelley, feeling very confident that they have my best interests at heart and sincerely want to do their best job with my car. I'm always wiery of taking our vehicle to a garage. I always try and do my own work. Well with my spark plugs seized from umm maybe never being changed. 2002 Ford Explorer with almost 400,000 km I attempted to change them but couldn't. I didnt want to break them. Well they changed all 6 and my file filter. No crazy charges and did a great job. Thank you

Honest and fair. We had an issue with our SUV, thinking it was alignment or steering related. Mechanic checked everything out and determined it was a separating tire. Charged a fair rate for the diagnosis. No more no less. Also recommended I change the tire lugs as they were in bad shape from a previous mechanic. Easily done myself, but he didn't even try to get that money out of me. Finally recommended another shop in town for our out of province inspection. Stand up shop and service!
