Amanda was great. She answered all my questions and we had a nice laugh. I have been to this clinic many times and find it incredibly hard to believe that anyone could have a negative experience here.The most likely reason for the negative experience would probably be the fault of the person themselves, but no one really wants to admit that now do they?

Trying to get ahold of someone from 930 am until 11:30am, called 4 times in random intervals but no one answers the phone and there's no means to leave a VM...Kind of hard to run a business if you don't answer the phone

I had really bad experience here at the clinic. The person sitting at the front desk looks like very exhausted and rude. She doesn’t know how to treat with clients. I felt really bad.

we love our doctor. dr estebauer is very professional, empathetic and knowledgeable. we dislike the unavailability of the clinic. we can’t leave messages to book appointments & rarely anybody answers the phone. whoever answers the phone is usually rude.
