This place is a joke. Absolutely incompetent as well as rude and difficult to deal with. Phone lines are not good and always cutting in/out.I would deal with someone else if there was anybody else who could do TCM programming for larger trucks.Not only did they charge our credit card the wrong amount (2500 over what they should’ve) they also make pick-up very difficult. The two people in the office seem to have 0 communication despite the fact that their desks are side by side, and the woman in the office is extremely rude and nasty.I highly recommend staying away from Wajax or doing business with this location.

Be aware from this place...it is trouble...if you need headache and waiting a month to get your truck fixed and lose your work..And too bad service too bad reception guysAnd impolite and they are unprofessional to speak with the clients ..my advice don't go there ...save your time ...my experience wasToo bad

Very disappointed. My repair time kept getting delayed without notification, there was no breakdown in the price, after telling me what they thought the problem was I bought and provided my own replacement parts and they still significantly overcharged me. Turns out, that wasn't even the problem and my truck is still not working as expected.

I have never experienced such unprofessional tactics than the Wharton location. There are so many companies in the GTA that are more pleasant. Technicians are great, but its like a circus with the sales people & supervisors.""

Wajax as a company is a great supplier to help keep the affiliated industry running.Unfortunately an individual in specific at the etobicoke location will be the reason why Wajax/Detroit will be losing plenty more business.She misquoted my parts by thousands of dollars and when it was brought to her attention, he low class manners took the best of her.I spoke with the Manager to honored my refund respectfully. To this solution I was satisfied regardless the mix up in pricing.A week later I returned the parts in person in order to return respect to the Wajax staff who has been helpful with the situation.Once again, the mannerless lady took her opportunity to hit me with a petty comment, next time you can't afford something don't order it."That remark can be responded to many ways but in order to maintain professionalism

This place is not Harper Detroit anymore, they overcharge, they add up hours to your bill to create a huge invoice, their mechanic, the foreman as he wants to be called, Fernando Rueda will ramp up estimates by directions of the manager by his own words and then he chases you in the parking lot offering to do your fix after hours, another guy in the counter offers you names and address of his buddies in Brampton to help you out with your mechanicals problems, I wonder, do they have a manager in that place at all ?? I do not recommend, the service and repairs are not good. AS truck #808

Absolutely great service . They have good technical team. Trust me it's worth being there.
