Took in my Exmark lawnmower to have mechanical work done on the charging system. Technician had to pull the motor and change out the stator and flywheel. Charged me $1712 of shop time for this, and an additional $944 to change out a wheel hub, which seemed pretty high, but hey, at least its fixed. The tech stated on the work order ensured all grounds were tight". I brought the mower home

Terry was a fantastic parts person and knew exactly what we were looking for before we pretty much even asked him. He also had part numbers everything was lined up perfectly as we use an old tractor. And he had everything in a box ready waiting for us before I’d even got there. Awesome customer service! We will definitely be back in the future and extremely reasonably price!

Brought in a international 706 pto to get fully rebuilt. First bill was $1350 for parts and 6 hrs labour. They failed to replace the brakes and then charged me for a second rebuild and 3 more hrs,Wouldn't own up to their mistake. Brake were completely wore out. Second bill was for $1900. Crooks. Dishonest. Was in the market for a new tractor and baler but I will not be buying from future ag or ever going back. Not how you do business. If you f up own you mistake and eat the bill don't charge the customer for your incompetence.

I am very disappointed by the poor customer service, sub par mechanics and lack of communication by this company…. And not to mention the gross over billing that occurs when their mechanics mess up and the customer eats the hours. Very dishonest, I would steer clear
