Do NOT buy your car here!I have bought a used car here one month ago and I would not recommend doing the same to anyone. Until I bought the car from Marc everything was great. Then two days later the check engine light went on. Because I was assured the car went through a complete mechanical checkup I was very surprised. Now I do not even know whether they really did one. So I called for an appointment at the dealership and when the mechanic checked for the issue, he told me it was a faulty error code and my car was totally fine. A couple days later the check engine light lit up again. I drove back to the dealership and this time a different mechanic told me the catalyst had an issue but would not specify it to me and I should come back two days later and they would fix it. When I returned after two days I was told they do not have the necessary part and have to order it first. It has now been more than one week and every attempt to get some info about when the part will arrive were not answered and one employee even hung up on me in the middle of the call. I will now probably look for a different garage to fix my car as I do not even know if they ordered it.

Horrible experience, first off when I showed up to leave with my car they left me with 15 km of gas barely a bar, they told me this was normal which is absolutely rediculous, second when I mention a TURN signal was burnt the salesmen proceed to tell me this was normal and that’s how the vehicle was and they can’t do anything about it, they never gave me my inspection sheet that I requested SEVERAL times I tried calling several times and they said they would get back to me and never did, when I checked the air filter it was FILTHY all these things lead to me to assume my vehicle wasn’t even inspected and they just let me leave with a vehicle that can potentially be dangerous extremely unsatifised with my service do not recommend AT ALLLL!!!!

My credit is extremely bad so i applied for a car by chance. Had the incredible luck of landing on Jonathan and Jean-Marc. Not only do they have amazing customers service skills but they are very efficient. Took about a week from the moment i applied until i left with my new car. If it wasn't for my delays, im sure the whole process wouldn't take more than 2 days. I would recommend to anyone looking to buy a car.
