Fit Meal Canada is amazing!! They are the number one choice when it comes to meal prepping and eating healthy! I have ordered from them for some time now and have always been pleased with fresh, yummy and affordable food! Lily accommodates your needs perfectly and customizes if needed. Love the lunches and dinners, and even enjoy the surprise brekkie and snacks at times too! I have tried both her meal prep and NOW meal kits, where you cook it all yourself, and both options are fantastic and definitely a hassle free meal plans. I love Fit Meals and definitely will be a customer for a long time as I love food and love being healthy, so thanks Lily and Team!

Our studio has used Lily for over 5 8-week Challenges in our studio where Fit Meal shops, cooks, preps and delivers the food to our members. The food is incredible, the customer service is on point, and we love the variety we get each and every week! Highly recommend if you are looking to make your life immensely easier and stay on track!

I was super impressed with the food. I got a vegetarian meal package. The meals were delicious and full of healthy, fresh ingredients. I also thought it was very good value for what you get. Thank you Fit Meal! 10/10 would recommend.

Currently in the middle of Week 3 of the F45 C30 challenge. There is not a single meal that I have not loved and I am constantly looking forward to the next one. The meals follow the F45 challenge recipes to a T, are well-packaged, are full of fresh and nutritious ingredients that are packed with flavour. I have a severe peanut/tree nut allergy and Lily has been able to accommodate this without any issues. I am so happy that I decided to use Fit Meal Canada for this challenge. Lily has made the meal prep game for this challenge so easy. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to level up their meal preps.

I have been using Fit meals on and off for over 1 year and it’s great.Weeks that my schedule is busy I order and no need for grocery or cooking lunch and dinner.I justify the cost as it’s the equivalent price of 2-3 meals on skip the dishes. So I save money.Food taste great and portions are good, I have a big appetite so I always order the extra protein.In addition to the weekly meal the Thai peanut bowl is amazing its big portion so makes 2 meals for me.

I’ve been getting meals from Fit Meal for almost half a year now and I am extremely satisfied with the meals and also service. The customer service is A+ they have done everything I have asked for and always went out of their way to give me the exact foods I need. The chef has a large menu pretty much anything you want they have. Consistency is very important to me, at first I was worried if they would miss a delivery or miss any meals but that has never happened. Fit Meal are always on their game. I’ve received over 200 meals so far and I think only twice I’ve had a minor issue with a meal. The chef really cares about the quality of the food she puts out. 5 stars

I have ordered here for four weeks now as part of the F45 Challenge and ordering prep packages to BC from Fit Meal Canada.My experience has been relatively mediocre for the price that I have been paying. Some examples;- In my second order, I had the opportunity to include a comment with my order. I asked for no tomatoes and for directions on how long I should microwave these items. I literally got no response from the business. This was frustrating as I didn't want to unnecessarily waste food- In my third order, I received items that were so freezer burned and cracked I had to throw them out (Fortunately I was given a refund)- In my fourth order, for two of my breakfasts I received feta cheese, two slices of bread, tomatoes, and balsamic vinegar. I genuinely had no idea and when I reached out to customer support, I got no response. I also was missing a meal but was given a refund, yet these breakfasts I have been feeling absolutely useless. I’ve also had this meal in the order before this, and it really makes me doubt if they actually have a dietitian plan these meals for you given how there isn’t much nutrition and they also don’t go together at all. It doesn’t take a nutritionist or any reasonable person to know that this is just a plain and awful breakfast.- In every order, I had labels mixed up on certain days and it made the process of meal prepping" very confusing as someone who is new to it- Even though they acknowledge you will receive the order on a Tuesday

My coworker was trying out the weight loss package and highly recommended. In fact, he encouraged me so much that I didn't wait to try their Keto meal plan. I called before placing my order and the person on the phone was so patient and helpful. Assisted with determining which option to go for for my first order.Delivery was smooth (comes in individual meal boxes, in hot / cold bag with ice packs), everything is packaged and labelled so you know exactly what macros are in each portion.Food is very tasty and filling and reheats well. I opted for additional 4 oz protein option but likely can do 2 oz next order and get down to regular option.Thank you for making this as painless and convenient as possible - this will really help me stay on track.

I ordered 4 trays of Fit Meal’s Kalbi Ribs and 2 trays of their vegan cheese casserole and it was finished within minutes. The ribs were to die for (not exaggerating). Honestly the best tasting meal I’ve had in a while. Their service is amazing and they have the best prices! I’ve had their thai food as well and can confidently say it will not disappoint! Definitely give this place a try!!

The food is fresh, tasty and the value is amazing! I’ve tried other meal delivery services but none come close to the freshness and flavourfulness as Fit Meal. It doesn’t feel like I’m reheating leftovers, it feels like I’m having a meal. It’s wonderful- and the customer service and delivery is top notch!
