Bella's and Blooms

The bouquet was beautiful, as expected. However, I expected a dozen roses per the description, and only noticed later in the night that there where actually only 11 roses. Also, I asked for AM delivery, but got it around 1:30 PM. Still, the arrangement was very nice, and I will most likely purchase again.

I wanted to order flowers to be delivered for my daughters birthday and Donna was amazing. She handled the order with care and created the most gorgeous arrangement. I am so impressed and wish I had her as a florist near where I live! My daughter is over the moon about how beautiful her flowers are.

Needed to order flowers internationally for delivery local to Welland, Ontario. Called Bella's and Blooms personally to check they were a genuine local business - they are! Great customer service, right down to them being able to source a basket for the arrangement to be displayed in and being sent photos of the arrangement by email after it was created. Highly recommended!

Very happy from start to finish with my experience. My Grandmother is at the Welland hospital and so I wanted to send some flowers. Donna was very helpful and took the time to make some suggestions as I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted to send. The flowers were delivered on time and my Grandmother was very pleased with them. On the busiest day of the year (valentines) they went above and beyond when an item was forgotten from a gift. Will definitely be using them for all of our future flower purchases. Received arrangements from them in the past and have never been disappointed. Flowers are beautiful.

I was absolutely blown away by the service at Bella's and Blooms. Debbie was more than helpful when it came to deciding on the right arrangement. She was willing to work with me on every level, and went above and beyond in making my crazy ideas seem like great ones! Debbie and Donna, the one who put my arrangement together, catered to my crazy request of including a creepy clown doll I had purchased into the bouquet, and my goodness, they could not have done a better job! It was like they've been putting creepy clown dolls in arrangements their whole lives! They really brought the whole thing to life with the exact floral arrangement I was hoping for.It was everything I could have asked for and more, and done perfectly with only a day's notice for a VERY fair price!Thanks Debbie! Called this morning to order flowers for a friend, they were very professional! Ordered flowers, told them what I saw on line & needed it delivered today. I received a call from my friend....crying!! They were BEAUTIFUL & delivered today! Thank you so much, will be definitely be using them again!!!

Thank you for making our fun day Extraordinary and Elegant. It was so surreal to meet such an amazing group of people with passion for what they are doing. Initially, we met Liz and Kim who both helped us pick out individual selections that they had within the shop. They were so creative and really helped in their suggestions to fit our table decor. We then met Donna, the owner who confirmed the order and also the pick up time to ensure everything was perfect for us. She was so passionate and very detailed like all of her team. Upon arrival, we were met with Jake and Brian along with Kim and Donna. The end arrangements were beyond our expectations. Elegant and so full. Thank you so much.
