Schacher Orthodontics - Dr. Victor R. Schacher

I was a longtime patient of Dr. Schacher's. First, Dr. Schacher gave me an absolutely beautiful smile. He has fixed minor shifting within the scope of what's possible over the years by adding little adjustments to my retainers. I should add that you don't have to pay additional fees for retainers in the future. So, for example, I had my braces taken off in in 2005 I believe when I was in elementary school . . . and to this day, I am never charged if I need a new one or require minor adjustments. They even mailed new retainers to me once when I moved to Australia and forgot mine at home! Dr. Schacher truly treats his patients for life and he and his staff have my highest recommendation. Everyone is also extremely friendly. It's so nice to call and hear that some staff still remember me after all these years (Hi Carol!). If you are looking for an office that will look after you for years to come, then Dr. Schacher and his wonderful team are the perfect fit.

i hated my teeth before i went to Schacher Orthodontics. when i visited four other orthodontics, they were suggesting things that would completely ruin my teeth and mouth all in one. when i decided to go with Schacher, they fixed my terrible teeth in only a year and a half. i hated my smile before i went to Schachers, and now i cant stop smiling. thank you Dr. Schacher, Mike and the rest of the staff for making my smile amazing! i highly recommend everyone to go with Schacher Orthodontist if they’re looking for some teeth fixing.

Amazing staff amazing ppl all around! I highly recommend Dr shacher he's amazing, very kind and the best part is him and the staff worked very hard to get my teeth looking perfect!!! I couldn't thank them enough. Love this place and the best part is u can bring your kids nd sit and watch a movie in their very own movie theater! My kids love that part lol!

At the initial consultation, the treatment Coordinator takes you right in giving you a false sense of the whole experience. My daughter liked Dr. Schacher so we chose this place but it has all been downhill since then. The office is not accessible and there is no parking. Also, expect to be there for hours every time you go in. This office is horribly managed by people named Jane and Joe. They cowardly hideout in their offices as patients and staff suffer from their horrible over-scheduling and hiring issues. They do not address the issues. The new staff are not receiving adequate training prior to working on patients to the point that my daughter now dreads going in for adjustments.We feel stuck and unheard with our concerns in a horrible situation.Here are some recommendations that other businesses have found success with in order to deal with high volumes of patients:-have receptionists contact parents or patients during the day to notify them that the office is running an hour behind (could be done with a simple text)-provide proper training and supervision for new staff right from the start so they are not slowing everyone else down for months (or worse - injuring people)-add one to two weekend days per month to catch up on patients or extend office hours the days you are already there-book only 4 patients per time slot because you only have 3 Hygienists and 1 Doctor-have a waitlist for patients looking to start new treatment: other orthodontic offices know their capacity because some said it would be a 3-6 month wait to start treatment. That is the responsible thing to do.

Doctor Schacher and his staff are great! Doctor Schacher did an amazing job on my teeth, I couldn’t be happier. Staff is very friendly and helpful. My kids also loved the movie theatre when they came along with me. Very happy I came to him! :)

Dr. Schacher gave me a beautiful smile in the late 80's that still gets compliments!I have four children with four unique Ortho situations. All have beautiful smiles and functional bites thanks to Dr. Schacher and his team.I'll admit, I always get a 2nd + 3rd opinion but I always end up in Dr. Schacher's care. He is a genius orthodontist. AN ARCHITECT AND AN ENGINEER OF YOUR SMILE. Let me explain.... My youngest had a unique problem with an impacted canine tooth. Other doc's suggested leaving it there and pulling the corresponding tooth. What???!!! Another needed a 3d x-ray (cost a fortune) to diagnose the tooth to be left to fuse to her bone and to get an implant. What???!!!Back to Dr. Schacher, who, without an x-ray could 'feel' where that impacted tooth was on first examination and suggested a spacer and patience. He said It will come down and when it does we'll grab it and brace it". That made sense. He makes sense. What a relief. He was right on! That's the kind of knowledge and experience you get at Schacher Orthodontics.I have 3 more stories with my other kids
