Smithwerks was great to deal with for my area rug cleaning. They made sure I knew what to expect regarding the cleaning and expected results and kept me in the loop. It was very convenient to have them pick up and deliver the rug. I was very pleased with the results of their work.

Freddy from SmithWerks showed up on time, did the work professionally and quickly.The results are amazing. Very professional and friendly service. Keep in mind if your carpet/rugs are sort of beyond repair or in really bad condition, they do tell you that there's only so much they can do. I was fine with that since the house serviced was in pretty bad shape. But the condition of the carpeting in the house was certainly improved even if not brought back to pristine condition. The house is pretty old anyway. I really appreciated the attentive and quick service. Responsive with communication and straight-forward pricing. Thank you so much for your service.

The service was super nice. Nicholas was 10/10 and explained me about how the things worked and that probably for the kind of stain not 100% was going to be removed.As an advice. I’d love if you had a service where you take the area rug to your workplace and that they wash it fully. No matter if it takes a few days

SmithWerks team was great - they were quick to reply to our booking, despite being a last minute booking. They were punctual, communicated well, and worked very quickly. They were clear with what could be cleaned and what would not be covered. The only thing I would mention is that the person left their shoes on while they cleaned, wearing their shoes on the carpet as well (but they cleaned it!)

I submitted a request for a carpet cleaning/upholstery cleaning quote late in the evening and received a call first thing from David the next morning, which was impressive in itself, but David was able to juggle things around to fit us in that same day and accommodate our last minute request which was incredibly appreciated by my partner and I. When our technician, Freddie, arrived later that day he explained everything in detail and was extremely efficient and professional. We've had other businesses come clean our carpet and sofa, and they took much longer and the job was not as well done as what Freddie did. The cherry on top was their front office manager, Bree, who was so friendly and helpful on the phone when I called to ask about how their payment works. Highly recommend! 10/10
