HORRIBLE EXPERIENCEMy partner ordered his reception outfit from here at the end of March 2023 and was told it would be ready the first week of May. The outfit was arrived 4 weeks past the date we were given and we received it a day before our reception. They also forgot to do the personalization on the lining. They tried to justify their mistake by ‘throwing’ in a vest which we did not want.There was absolutely zero communication from their side. Me and my partner were having to constantly message for updates.They also lied and initially told us that the suit was here and requested we come in on Thursday of the week before our reception. When we messaged for timings they stopped replying and then they later confessed that only the pants were here and the jacket was yet to arrive.I’d never recommend anyone to go here. Please be cautious!!! Having to come in a day before your reception to pick up your outfit is unacceptable!They tried offering $150 off our next order. I don’t know why they think we’d come back after this horrible experience.

Came here for my wedding to get a tuxedo made, was greeted by a very pleasant sales representative who showed me designs and help me create my whole look. Fast forward to delivery date and I can honestly say I was blown away with quality and the fit of my suit. Their on site staff are very helpful and they made my big day dream a reality. Thank you to the whole Sootz team I highly recommend definitely will be back :)

I bought my husband’s suit for our wedding reception here and we were both so happy with it. Not only did it match perfectly with my outfit but it also fit perfectly and lasted the whole night. There are so many options to choose from. Would definitely recommend!

I purchased a suit from SOOTZ for my engagement event and all I have to say is working with the team here to customize my outfit was a smooth process. The team is very easy to work with and put the client first. I lost 20 pounds from the initial fitting and the team re-adjusted my suit to ensure it was a perfect fit! They also went above and beyond to have any alterations done within a few hours as they knew it was time sensitive! The team was also very responsive with their phone even when out of town and ensured a smooth experience. The material used was of high quality and I received lots of positive comments in relation to the fit and the design! Amazing service, really down to earth and chill guy and willing to work with you on a vision for your suit. They had so many colours to choose from and so many options to choose from in terms of suit customization. I had to get my suit made on short term notice and they were very understanding and got my suit to me on time. Even though it was rushed the quality did not disappoint. Would recommend to anyone looking for a suit and I am definitely going back!
