Incredible place! I got a mixed shawarma wrap and it was Amazing! Everything in the wrap tasted amazing especially the green hot sauce! The portions on the wrap were generous with a lot of beef and chicken inside! Everything was incredibly fresh and delicious! Must Try !!

Got 2 chicken shawarmas both were inedible. The chicken was hard and it had a lot of fat we were spitting out every other bite extremely unappetizing. Waste of over $19 not worth it at all. We had to toss the shawarmas. They charge extra for hummus which is super cheap of them. They don’t offer cucumbers either. I wouldn’t return.

Can’t speak on the atmosphere since I only take out but the workers omg they’re so nice! They always make my food so yummy and they’re genuinely the friendliest people! 10/10 will come again

I’ve been going to this place for years and not once looked at the bill or questioned their pricing.I bought 1 chicken shawarma plate and 1 beef shawarma plate with 2 cans of coke. They charged me $46.23.The regular plate cost $12.99 plus tax and the drinks won’t cost more than $5. They charged extra $10 on the bill. In the month of Ramadan too. Shame.

Lady working inside was really nice. Portions are really big which is great. I used to come here years ago and the quality seems to have dropped a bit but it's still good shawarma. I'd give this place 4 stars but what the hell is going on with the 2for1 sign? The price for 2for1 is $16.99 but an individual shawarma costs less than that. Just get rid of the sign it's obviously super shady.

The top shawarma in Toronto!Their chicken is always garnished with a bunch of spices so it’s so flavorful. It comes in a red colour.Their green hot sauce is so unique compared to other places which have a red hot sauce. It’s made with crushed green chillies and had just the right amount of spice to not overpower the flavor.And most of all, their shawarma sandwich is always stuffed with generous portions of meat. You’ll definitely fill up!The shawarma plate is also awesome with really flavorful rice.It is also open super late.

Ibrahim's used to be the go to spot for shawarmas a few years ago but I guess in the current day and age for the same price there are many far better alternatives. Disappointed with food quality and pricing. They need to stay competitive in today's franchise world. Osmows and Lazeez went franchise but Ibrahim's decided to stay solo store.

My dad got takeout and brought it home, after about 45 minutes travel time the food is still delicious.must eat and cannot sleep on spot10/10 would recommend!

We came as a family and ordered some food here and some family members brought food for the kids from neighboring restaurants. My brother unintentionally forgot to ask the owner if we are allowed to bring food from other restaurants since kids wanted to eat burgers etc. We were approached by the owner in a very aggressive and non respectful manner to leave immediately. We told him the situation and requested to let the kids finish eating and were told to leave right away. I was very upset and explained that we had bought food from the restaurant and were trying to quickly eat.Long story short. We and our family as well as friends will never eat at this restaurant. I'm from the US and this by far is the worst customer service and extremely horrendous experience I have ever received in my life.I would give a -10 rating if that was an option.This place should be shut down.
