Great Little Gym for the Price and location.I am a Personal trainer and have used VRC facilities. It is a good little Community Gym that has the basics that any typical gym should have. Some of the equipment is dated and some needs to be junked, but it is a good place that's clean and cheap!!! They have Racket Courts and a Pub :). Good Place Nice and Cheap, Not too busy! This is one place I recommend to clients that live in the area.

A dedicated sports facility for badminton and squash with a fitness area as well for members only. Some of the best badminton courts in the city with real wood floors, not wood over concrete or rubber like most other facilities. Full facilities include a men’s and women’s locker rooms outfitted with showers, and sauna. There is a common area upstairs for court viewing and a bar as well which is licensed. Yearly memberships range in price and you can get memberships just for squash, badminton or fitness or everything together as you wish. This facility has been around for a very long time and certainly updated along the way with a following that is established and believes in the long-term health and survival of this special place.

Despite the price, i think that its a wonderful place to go especially if you have the membership as there is free drop in (you have to book on their website) up to 1h 45 mins and if you wanted to do lessons the price would be cheaper.

Beautiful club with attached facilities. Squash, fitness room, pro shop and change facilities are available as well as training staff. Club dues are reasonable as are the training fees.

The badminton training lessons are awful in particular for their coaches. Most of the time, the head coach teaches all classes in a day, how exhausted he is ! While some late classes are by another one but, who would like to just sit on the bench and keep watching his phone although he goes to the students from time to time. The size of the class is either full of learners like 20, and so, instead of learning how to play, some of them have to help picking up the badminton balls from the ground within the waiting time as long as half an hour; or especially when big holiday times, there are only a few, like 3 learners in a lesson with a teenage boy as a coach ( not sure if he is qualified) who keeps playing or watching his own phone on the side bench after telling the students to play on their own. The worst of all or no wonder, why all parents have to sign on the registration form consenting “not to hold the VRC, its Directors, Coaches and members liable or responsible for any injury…” Indeed, you are just putting your kids at risk staying in their classes with such coaches. Besides money, “Please Teach With Hearts!”

One of the best place for badminton and squash in Vancouver. Beautiful high ceiling wood court and spacious. But you need to join full year of membership but still much cheaper than drop in center in Richmond and much better courts.

Joined the club in January for squash and having a great time! Lots of active players and regular courts available. Also, nice perk having good beer on tap for a fair price and club pros available to help with your game. The fitness room and locker room are decent too. No towel service or any fancy perks but the price is right. I'm looking forward to be a long-term member!

Squash courts are decent. Washrooms are clean and pro shop is nice. Staff is sometimes a bit rude and sometimes is a bit cold.

Cold ShoulderMembers are not friendly. You need to have your own group of 4 to play. If you just want to play after work or school, then don't waste money on this club.

Lovely club, offers squash, badminton and a fitness center. Need membership to join. Has a bar that opens late afternoon. Staff is friendly and sweet
