The lady who works here is rude and has no sense whatsoever. She didn’t even listen to what customer has to say. Plus I went to the store in person and she was treating her coworker horribly.

Highly recommend this store. Very nice and clean than before. Very nice and courteous staff. Went there for packaging and shipping and they do amazing job with packaging the shipment. Shipping rates are also competitive.....good job.....

I am giving one star coz it doesn’t let me put any review before selecting any thing lady who works there her name is Jalpa Patel is ridiculous so rude and unprofessional first of all she needs to learn manners to talk to costumer, she is in customer service but she should know how to deal with customer really worst experience

The best place and best mailbox services they offer in the market. I get to access my mails 24 hours with package arrival notifications. I don't loose my Amazon packages anymore....very tidy and clean place with courteous staff.....

I went to the store to open my very first personal mailbox account, the owner of the store Ms. Jalpa made the process very easy for me! She was cordial, welcoming and very helpful. I received excellent customer service. Definitely recommend the store!

Customer service is a 110%Store Manager is knowledgeable,friendly and timely. Jalpa goes above and beyond for her customers.I recommend all services that they offer especially print and cut jobs.Accurate and precise.So happy with all the work she has done for me.JALPA is AMAZING!!!

This store is the most best for shipping. The employee there are nice and they treat you with respect. There is a wonderful lady named Jalpa , She made the job easy and simple. I was there for shipping the other day and the package was delivered the next day! You really don’t get this type of service in small businesses.Incredible customer service.
