I sold my truck here with Justin who made the process easy and straightforward with a very fair price for my Dodge Ram. Overall a very pleasant experience for something I usually get very anxious about.

5 stars for this dealership. Sold my vehicle to this dealer. They gave me a fair offer for my vehicle. Transaction was smooth and with no hassles. What I was offered through Auto Trader is what I got from the dealer with a cheque on the spot when I dropped off the car. No BS.

My hubby walked into the parts department to get a quote for replacement lock cylinders and for it to be coded to match the ignition key. He was told he had to go to the service department for the coding quote. It was a little weird because it seemed like the two departments don't want to communicate with each other? Hubby just wanted 1 total price for everything but had to the do the work himself. Other than that, he states the knowledge and service of Randy in the parts department was good.

Ian and Addison as a whole were great. The helpful staff and no pressure atmosphere made the buying process enjoyable. Loving my new truck, thank you Addison!
