This location deserves 0 stars, Poor Customer Service, Rude Counter Sales People, and a total lack of knowledge in regards to parts or their fitment. If they Provide you with a ETA for your parts to come in, expect to add at least 1 hour to that time.

I would have given this Lordco location a five star review if my only interaction was with, Sid, the parts person at the back counter. Sid was knowledgeable, courteous, patient, helpful and overall had a great demeanour. It was a pleasure dealing with him.However, I also had an unpleasant interaction with the other counter parts person (I prefer not to publicly name him). He was impatient, rude and unprofessional. He had no interest in helping me, nor did he seem like he wanted to be working. Maybe he was having a bad day, but it seems that he is in the wrong profession, and he needs to do something else for a living.Management, I hope this constructive feedback encourages you to hire more employees like Sid!

They sold me trailer lights that fell off within 30-minutes and refused to help my situation. I didn't want money back, just replacement lights on help on how to secure them but was told to buy another replacement pair at my expense and figure it out myself. WEAK :(

Found out the hard way what a horrible return policy this place has. Not only is this place outrageously priced, the service is arrogant. Makes you wonder how they are still in business with customer service from 1820. If I could wait 24 hrs, I would order on Amazon. Not recommended or visiting again!

Every time we come to this location, wether it be me my husband and or both sons as well as a few neighbours, we are subjected to rudeness, and or being ignored. It feels as though the people who work here are extremely unhappy, or they are just plain rude, management are no help either, I spend a lot of money as well as many others, you might want to remember it’s your customers that actually help with you obtaining your pay check! I work in retail so I understand if you are being treated rudely by a few customers, that does not justify you reciprocating that behaviour to others! I am forwarding this review to your head office, as clearly contacting management does not help with this situation. I know because I have tried.
