Never buy from this store if you value your time and money!Bought vinyl floors. 11 boxes. 4 boxes have defects on the print. Look at the photo.They charged me 300 bucks for delivery. When we opened 1 box and found the issue, the delivery driver told me to open all boxes and sort through to figure out which are good, and which are not.Now they said they will not reimburse because I opened all the boxes!!??!!! Also they say this is part of the design!!!??? they are frauds.Will be going to small claims court and seeking help under the consumer protection act.

I bought vinyl tile and laminate from this store. I was very happy with price, service and material. The store is a little Messy, but the product and the pricing is amazing. I would come back to buy more product in the future, highly recommended.

Staff was not good and service seems to be disgusting. All they are doing is just harassing the customers instead of giving respect to them ..Need to improve a lot right from beginning with manners

Picked up some hardwood here for a small project, to avoid disappointment, something to note is that they only sell to contractors. Reasonable prices and a big selection of variety of laminate, hardwood, nosing, and stairs.

Communication is a big problem here. Half of what you say is not understood or is misunderstood. Only one old lady working here. Even if you do most of loading and unloading your self they charge you 5% as restocking fee on returned item. Not recamanded at all for business visit.

These guys only sell flooring made in China. If you have been looking at flooring recently, you know that there are serious concerns about formaldehyde other cancer causing chemicals with flooring made in China.The AC ratings are also not true ratings - an AC5 from them is more like an actual AC3 rating. (you can ask them for the certification for the flooring - I did and they could not provide any at all)English is also certainly a problem here as well. If you do not speak their language (not sure if it is mandarin, but certainly some Asian variant) you will most certainly have communication problems.
