Primacy - South Common Medical Centre
I have been going to this clinic for at least 4-5 years. The doctors are fantastic, kind and very helpful. They have always taken great care of myself and my family. The receptionists are great to. Some days can be busy so please be kind, they are trying the best they can. Please go a little earlier, call or check online for wait times, and please stay and wait if needed. We still drive from moving to the north side just to see them. :)

Went as a walk-in. When I phoned for my results, staff answered immediately and booked a follow-up appointment within 2 hours of the their closure time. No wait time for the appointment. Wanted to thank the staff for their kindness and responsiveness as well as Dr. Mark Kumleben.

Primacy - South Common Medical Centre
Dr Powell has been my family doctor for 10 years. She is great! However, I've been trying to get an appointment to follow-up medications. I've called many times and left 2 messages. They no longer answer the phone and the recording says only urgent messages will be returned. At what point does it become urgent? I understand you are busy but I should be able to at least reach someone at my family doctor's office!

Needs a new receptionist!Incredibly rude, failed to call us back when we left an urgent voicemail once a day over the week leading up to our appointment, never did the standard appointment reminder call, and when we did finally get ahold of her she belittled and threatened us and said we should have called sooner to reschedule when we have been trying to as an emergency made it so we couldn't make it to our original appointment.Our doctor is fantastic but this receptionist needs to go or at least get a talking to.Haven't had this issue with the clinic until our most recent experience.

The receptionist was terrible. The wating time she said about an hour but we were waiting more than 2 hours. After one and half hour later still not calling us so asked her but seems like she forgot to put my daughter's name on the list. She keeps saying two more or three more after... waited one more hour. They need more education. Or at least need apologize.

We had to take our 2 month old daughter into a walk in this morning, I'm glad we chose here. I'm sure it's not always a short wait, but for us it was super fast. Friendly front staff, the nurse and doctor were great! Personable, friendly, knowledgeable.We have a family doc, but if I need a walkin I would come back here for sure!

My doctor was not available so I saw Dr. Olivier today. In all these years I have never meet such a caring doctor. He took interest in me as a patient. The clinic was very busy and not one moment I felt rushed. He is so knowledgeable. Well done dr. Olivier.

I must say worse service and receptionist is extremely rude and unprofessional. Firstly, they never answer your call and when in emergency they proudly say to go to emergency or any other walk in clinic. What’s the point of having family pediatrician then?

My partner just went in to see Dr. Olivier this morning and left very upset! He did not listen to her about what was wrong, tried to prescribe medication that was not intended for her symptoms, told her that she was irritating doctors by asking for blood work. This is an absolutely UNACCEPTABLE way to treat patients and there will be a complaint made to the college of physicians!

Only reason why I still go here is because my family doctor works here. Always working out of town and so hard to reach. I’ve had my mental medications for about 4 years now and all I needed was a refill. Asked them to fax a prescription to my pharmacy but they said I need to see a doctor. On top of mentioning my panic attacks due to not having my medication, there was 2 hours wait, had to call off work. Very irritating and unhelpful
