It was a mix feeling to write this review. First, I have to say that the staffs were nice, the appointments were on time. BUT, if you try to reach the clinic by phone, it is a terrible experience. Once I tried to call to check for my appointment. I called the number, no one answer, was put on hold for 15 minutes, then cutoff. I tried to 3 times, waiting for totally almost an hour, still got no one answering. I have to take the risk to go the clinic for appointment without confirming the appointment.

I has 2 appointment in this location and had great experience with the care I received. Sherry was very professional and caring.Thanks for the great patient care.

Today have to write another negative review. I talked to the center about rescheduling my appointment due to business travel. They did not provide any availability except for 1 day in the entire month (which I could not make), could not provide any availability for July and even tell when they will have clarity on July openings. All response was rude and like the ladies felt entitled rather that realizing than this is a service like other (not a favor and which is paid by taxpayers’ money). I am extremely upset because I have to do my cardio check but could not get an appointment.I was today here in the center. I had an appointment at 8.30. It turned out that I was accepted only 9.00. The explanation was that another customer was late 15 minutes and they accepted them knowing that my appointment would be delayed. The could not give any explanation why they accepted late customer, why they ignored my interests (I had to go to take care of my son and was 8.30 sharp). They could not explain why they did not call and warned me of late appointment. I assume this as an unacceptable and customer unfriendly service. I will have to consider if I would visit the centre again.

If I had the option to award this medical center zero stars, I would not hesitate to do so. The staff exhibits sheer incompetence and negligence, demonstrating a complete disregard for patients' time. My family doctor referred me to this center, and it took an entire week just to arrange an appointment. Their scheduling system is an utter catastrophe; no matter when you call, you are always caller number" two or three in line

I had a very poor experience with this medical centre. Scheduling was a nightmare; it was nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone: you are waiting in line for an answer for 15-20min and then get disconnected. Tried emailing them and, no surprise, email messages went unanswered. After a week of trying, I visited the centre in person and finally managed to schedule an appointment. My impression was that the administrative staff was completely disorganized and careless. Their website boasts a long list of cardiologists, but when attempting to schedule a visit to discuss my test results, I found that most of the cardiologists on the list didn't even work there. Additionally, two experienced doctors on the list weren't accepting new patients, and the rest were recent medical school graduates. I certainly cannot recommend this facility, as every interaction with them was disastrous. The only reason I'm giving two stars instead of one is because the technician who performed my echocardiogram was both professional and friendly.

Front desk staff was super friendly and efficient, the very first time due to myself punched in incorrect street # and got lost, Noble's front desk staff was guiding me over the call until I found their clinic.Doctors and nurses were professional and patient.The environment was tidy and clean, plus sufficient parkings, they deserve 5-star.

My personal experience was very good... The receptionists were very friendly and made me feel at home. they didn't make me wait like the rest of the staff...

Excellent service! The waiting time was minimal, beyond expectations.The technicians are fast, knowledgeable, demonstrated excellent technical skills and high professionalism.Dr. Najib is detailed oriented cardiologist, thorough and takes time to explain the patient’s current situation and possible outcome. Highly recommend!

Doctors can be more friendly...I also smelled smoke at cardiologist office! It was so weird! I have asthma so I just wanted to get out of that place.
