A team of four people- two men and two women- came to my house to install eaves troughs. It was a complicated job, with many many corners and angles. They were very efficient, hard working, took only one break in 7 hours, cleaned up very well and did a very professional job. I highly recommend this company.

Used them for window cleaning that we needed done to prepare the house for sale. It was winter but they kept in touch with me and made it work on a warmer day. They were very professional and courteous and the windows are blinging on the outside. They made sure we were satisfied as well and redid anything we asked. Very professional. I installed a huge, tall window 2 years ago. Last year I hired a different film cleaner and they couldn't reach the tallest panel to remove the film left by the window installer. The tiptop property care window cleaner, not only they helped me removed the film, they also cleaned the residues left by the previous window cleaner. They spent very quality time cleaned all exterior windows. I am very satisfied with their work.

I used Wipe it Down last fall to remove leaves from my gutters. I casually mentioned that I need to clean my gutters twice a year, due to a tree on a nearby property. In February, Wipe it Down reached out with a solution to my gutter problem... the installation of the Smart Screen Gutter Guard.I was really happy with the gutter cleaning in the fall and thought that I would consider their recommendation. I am very pleased with the Smart Screen Gutter Guard, but it pales in comparison to the installation process. I was kept updated each step of the way. The workmanship was neat and professional.
