Google maps take you to a wrong address. Where it says destination , just take the left at that next intersection and there you will find this place on your leftThe lady that dealt with me was helpful. I didn't have the tracking id on me but she still went in to find my vacuum. Thanks for that.

The pick-up procedure at the new Fedex Ground location in Saskatoon is unnecessarily confusing and lacks information. It’s also very out of the way for basically anyone in the city.

I phoned them because a parcel came up as needing an address change because they don’t deliver to a P.O. Box. So I phoned them. The lady said I have to contact the shipper to have them change it. So I told her I can’t contact them. It took well over an hour of arguing with the lady to get her to change my address.

The service in Saskatoon is great! Prices are very competitive for our company. I do dislike their customer service phone line and how annoying it is. The address for this place is not updated to reflect their new location on Prospect Road. Google maps will take you to their old location on Millar Ave. Way better service than most and the drivers are super friendly and go above and beyond!

Delivery person from this shipping center never left a note at the door to say I wasn't home. After the first three attempts I was phoned and realized this was the case. For the fourth attempt I realized that the delivery person had never actually come to my apartment building door and would just call to see if I was home...I don't think this is the way the service is supposed to work.Lesson learned: when you're expecting deliver that day make sure to pick up calls from a local number so they come to your door!

A shipment we waited for was on a truck enroute to the Depot but looked like it wouldn't make it before closing time. The Agent voluntarily offered to stay late so we could get our parcel. Great service!
