Andrea is great with dogs! My dog is always so excited to see her, and I feel so much better leaving knowing that my dog is in good hands and having fun! Andrea is a very gentle and loving person and always very organized and professional. She'll become best friends with your pup in no time!

Literally the best pet care service in town. Andrea and Jessie love and care for Sheri like I do. Not only that, they help train her and that's no easy feat because she's a stubborn old pup. They give cuddles, care, walkies and are dog focused and have the best hearts.Sheri came home happy, and was extremely happy in there care. Also we got to see several extremely cuteeee high quality professional pics of her that I could hang on the wall. Any time i mention antie Andrea or uncle Jessie Sheri gets so happy and her little bum wags, as does her teeny body. You know it's a great spot to take your fur kids when they wanna be there and love them.

We have enjoyed using The Pet Care Nanny for our puppy since he came home to us in October! He is now 4 months old and they have a such a good bond! I never worry when she is coming to do a check in since she is always timely, organized, does everything we ask of her and more (teaching commands). We will continue using The Pet Care Nanny!

Our dog is pretty much a Covid puppy and doesn't do well in a pet kennel. She gets anxious and timid in a big pack of dogs. Happy to have found The Pet Care Nanny YXE for times wherein we have to be away for the entire day. We've had drop ins for them to let our dog out to potty and also have a bit of play time, treat time, etc. They are absolutely a wonderful business to deal with. Excellent in communication and very warm and friendly, I had an instant vibe of being comfortable with them to care for my dog in our house. All pet communication is in an app and super convenient and accessible, they share photos and talk about the visit. Booking is easy through the app as well. We love Andrea! She is very professional, accommodating and reliable. My dog is not the best leash walker, but Andrea frequently takes him for lengthy walks when I’m unable to. She also works on training with my dog at the end of the walk, and gives him the love/treats/attention he needs when I’m not around.

The Pet Care Nanny is the most efficient pet care business I've seen! A useful app can be used and the service is very detailed with no surprises (it can even show gps route of walks if included). I love that the services are insured and bonded so the added security lets me sleep at night. The best thing is the updates and the report card.
