Reception was friendly, however response time for a technician was approximately one week. Glad they are busy with work, however, not convenient when ones furnace stops working in the middle of winter.

I was very impressed with the response time when our furnace failed in the winter (Same Day). Our air conditioner failed on the July long weekend and the new one was installed by July 6. That is impressive in high season. Fair price excellent clean up and great tips to keep things running smooth. Highly recommend them.
