Very detailed report provided by Legacy Home Inspection. The experience was pleasant and during discussions about the house I felt I was dealing with a professional.The documentation issued came with a summary and notes which was very useful in understanding repairs required.I would definitely recommend Kris to friends.

I had my house inspected last week by Kris Taylor and I had a fantastic experience. I am first time home buyer and I grew up in a condo most of my life so I knew very little on what to look for in a house. But Kris was very friendly and really took his time explaining his ideas and he communicates very well. We walked around the house and he identified issues and concerns regarding the house infrastructure as well as providing me with solutions to make sure I have a great living experience. If you are looking for a home inspector, I highly recommend Kris!

We hired Legacy Home Inspection to inspect our new home purchase in Kleinburg, Ontario. The property was built in the early 80's, so there were many unknowns that only a proper inspection would capture. Kris from Legacy was extremely knowledgeable to speak to over the phone, and came well prepared on the day of the inspection. Kris spent about 4 hours in and around the house, inspecting everything from the roof, to the foundation, and everything in between (including an in ground pool). Kris provided us with a extremely detailed and comprehensive report the same day, that assisted us in renegotiating with the sellers. What impressed us the most is the fact that Kris' licence as a home inspector is governed by the Province of Alberta which requires home inspectors to be licensed and regulated, unlike the Province of Ontario which does not require any licenses for home inspectors, and has no governing bodies. Kris' fee was very reasonable and consistent with the market rates for home inspections. I would highly recommend Kris and Legacy Home Inspections to anyone wanting a thorough and detailed home inspection. 5 stars!

Kris is amazing to work with. He is meticulous and thorough. As a realtor, I ask a lot of questions, and he is great at explaining the what, why and how to both me and our clients, as well as making himself available to answer any questions post report. Kris was extremely professional. He arrived early and thoroughly inspected every corner of the home--inside, outside and on the roof. The inspection report was very detailed with descriptions and pictures of each item of note. Also included were prescriptions for any necessary repairs and their level of urgency.

Kris made my new home inspection a simple process. He explained everything in terms I could understand and was patient with all of my questions. Kris was very good at walking me through as a first time home buyer. He did his inspection and me and my realtor walked the property and looked at everything again. He would periodically come to us and have a chat about his discoveries and possible solutions for them with rough price ranges. Couldn’t ask for anything more than that. Very personable guy. The report came back the same night a couple hours later. Would for sure recommend as an inspector for anyone and even myself for the next time.
