Hellamaid Cleaning Service

The mechanism from a window was mysteriously broken following our cleaning, and since it's their policy for cleaners to report damages and none were reported that day by staff, therefore it wasnt them. No issues with the window prior to the cleaning.House did look clean after their work, but tbh, we are finding lots of things that were not done which I would have thought should be done, like dusting the top of doorframes and cabinets.

Have used their services 3x now and been consistently happy - with bad experiences elsewhere in 2022 this has been a huge relief! Excited to use their deep clean service in January and to have booked recurring appointments for 2023. Plus I love the efficiency of the online booking - super points there! Highly recommend.Edit*Jan 30th 2023: have now had the deep clean and have starting using the recurring appts. Deep clean was a great experience overall. At first I was really not satisfied with the cleaning done... I called the office and explained, they were very understanding and flexible about sending a cleaner back to complete the work before the end of the day. The cleaner who came back was ultra professional and courteous about the situation and made me feel very comfortable. I was happy with the clean in the end and glad I splurged on the Deep Clean package!Have since had the first of the recurring appointments and was happy again with the cleaner, although it was a different one.Gonna add mega bonus points for the super easy to use and efficient online booking system - love that I can easily add a tip on after the cleaning is complete.Plus a few extra points for the name. I mean come on.Thanks Hellamaids!!

The cleaners were very professional and arrived promptly. They cleaned the house thoroughly and even gave me great tips on how I can keep it clean. Would highly recommend this agency

Our cleaner, Ashley, was fantastic. Very thorough, friendly, and incredibly thoughtful (brought treats for our cats on her second visit). Unfortunately what was supposed to be a one-day job with two cleaners turned into a 3-day stretch with just one, because of a couple unforeseen circumstances on their end, But we're working remotely so thankfully it wasn't a huge issue.Ultimately, we're very happy with the deep cleaning service offered and would definitely have Ashley back again in the future.Thanks!

The staffs at Hellamaid did an amazing job of thoroughly cleaned my house. They got the work done so quickly and did not leave any spots. They even cleaned behind my fridge and stove. They were supposed to attend to do a deep cleaning re: student housing. The cleaner showed up & decided it was going to be too much work so she left without telling me. She had the office call me to tell me she had left.Talk about poor customer service & disrespectful.In reply to your response, it’s offensive what you have written on the word of your so called cleaning professional. She arrived late & showed up with no interest in working hard.The “odour” she offensively suggested is actually the aroma of Indian cuisine.

Hellamaid did a pathetic job with our house which was up for selling. The house was already basic cleaned by simply maid" before staging. We decided to deep clean before showing. I have pictures of of my house before Hellamaid cleaned it from professional real estate photographer as evidence to prove the condition of my house. The window glasses were still dirty. There was dirt on corners vents.Most of our kitchen appliances except fridge were even brand new. Basement was barely touched. The staff drops in at random time and keeps talking. Two of there staff acknowledged the problems and apologized. Since you decided to lie now about the condition of our house we have decided to move to small claims court. I challenge you to bring the picture there and I will bring mine from the realtor and the cleaning job receipt from simply maid. You will need to prove what was the 19 hr job required too.Your staff also mentioned they were exhausted because they didn't even have lunch break except 2 of them."
