Worst customer service ever. I walked into this place earlier today to get some lemonade and the blonde chick at the till looked at me and then decided to start texting instead of taking my order. I stood there for a good 20-30 seconds and she never took her eyes off her phone or said a word. So me and my money walked out of that place feeling ignored and irritated. I feel bad for the business owners who are losing money because the people who work for them dont even care enough to look up from their phones.

Hours posted on website are incorrect. I was just there (7 pm June 6) and it is not open (website says open until 9).I know from past experience that the fries are delicious but it would be good to have correct opening times on website.

Very good fries. Fresh and hot! The lemonade was made fresh and the best I’ve ever had. They had a few tables outside so you could sit and enjoy the fries. Nice place and worth to check out!

In search of the best PEI fries we ended up here. The fries were very good. Fresh and crispy.

The fries are simply incredible tasting. I don't know what magic they do to them, but wow. The lemonade is delicious too!

After being in customer service for 20 years, I have never in my life experienced such horrible service. Our party of 8 walked up and ordered fries, our order was taken and we were waiting to pay; except we never got our order. But everyone behind us did and promptly at that. This was all after getting cash since there was no mention of it being cash only anywhere on the signage walls etc. To be absolutely ignored and then told our order was called out as we stood there but yet no orders were actually called out. When we spoke up to the staff we were essentially told it was our fault. Shame because it could have been a $60+ dollar order. If I could have left 0 stars I would have.

The fries are tasty but incredibly salty I ate there today and the service was good but there was too much salt on it 1 water isn't going to cut it.

I had the best customer service the other day by a girl name Nelly. Very friendly and kind! I would definitely recommend to everyone I know!! Great fries and perfect lemonade!
