We were very pleased with the Healthy Home Doctor's service. All communication was prompt and thorough, and the final report came back in a timely fashion which was important considering the compressed timeline we were dealing with. Buying a home is already a stressful event and expensive enough in this part of the world without worrying about asbestos issues, and Michael's courteous and professional attention gave us much-needed peace of mind. We were concerned that mold may be a problem causing health problems in the new home we purchased. We also wanted to do some renovations. We contracted Healthy Home Doctor to do a Healthy Home Inspection as well as a Hazardous Materials Survey. We received a very thorough and prompt report that cleared the way for our renovations and put our health concerns to rest. We were able to deal efficently with the mold issue and also learned how to maintain a healthy home in the future. We highly recommend them to others!

I recently purchased a town home in Burnaby and had the ceilings tested for asbestos by Michael over at Healthy Home Doctor. My girlfriend had heard rumors that houses in that complex had asbestos so we wanted to get this thoroughly tested for our piece of mind but also because we plan on doing extensive renovations.Michael was extremely professional: he took the time to reply to any of my questions, replied very quickly to any email exchanges we had, he also took photos of the samples and did a visual inspection of the rest of the house (this was over and beyond what we were expecting since we mostly were worried about the ceiling). His final report was also very clear and concise and included extra information about potential asbestos in other parts of the house. The experience was great from start to finish and I would definitely recommend them to all my friends.
