Seats squeaked and volume was (literally) painfully loud. My phone and my partners Apple Watch both gave us multiple noise warnings. Left with a ringing in our ears. Definitely won’t be going back.

The Chinook Ciniplex is always an amazing time! The popcorn is always great, with layered butter! Saw No Time To Die the other night! Explosive and awesome!!

The Manager Dino was excellent! I accidentally had purchased tickets for Sunridge and he promptly refunded the tickets and I repurchased the correct Cineplex tickets!

Seriously? For the first time in my life i see a malfunctioning imax (blurred with no depth), with staff trying to convince me that it is ok. Just be aware that you need to leave movie within 30 min after it starts to get a refund (dont wait for improvement, dont looking for a staff, dont change glasses, just leave). Anyway staff was helpful, appreciated, we got our free tickets for another time… in another cinema.PS ads were way too loud.
