ONE TIGER YOGA
It was my first time choosing Yin Yoga at the One Tiger Studio. I enquired about a restorative Yoga class that I could include in my practice and was directed to the Yin class. Anastasia guided the class with calm and gentle instruction. It was gentle enough to create a relaxed sense of being but challenging enough to stretch and pull in the right places. I left class restored. I'm looking forward to my next Yin class.

I cannot say enough positive things. The atmosphere has great energy, the studio is so cute and clean (bonus: free parking) The instructors are all so amazing! Great teaching styles- they really know their stuff. They are friendly, supportive, helpful, and they make classes worth the workout :) I love how music is played sometimes during the hot yoga class. So happy I found this studio and these wonderful people!

I had a terrible experience at this studio!Never recommendedThe staff are not polite. One of their yoga instructor name Lisa behaved me with anger and very rudely shouted at me. I was utterly embarrassed in front of the whole class to the point that my hands were shaking from fear and public embarrassment.

The facility is clean and well organized. The staff are positive, cheerful and energetic also it's well located with parking!
