Staffs were helpful to find out the product I was looking for. And I am glad they showed me some other options as well. Grabbed some discounted hand lotions ($4, regular price $6) during checkout.

It’s been 20 years since I’ve been in body shop store. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I went on there to get the ginger scalp shampoo / conditioner. I’m very satisfied with the product, it’s doing what it says it does. I’m also pleased with the employees and my overall store visit

Love to shop here during sales. MARWA did such a great job at assisting me. She was very knowledgeable with the products and recommended different alternatives. She was friendly and overall such a joy to have her helping me. THANKS AGAIN! I’ll be back just for her excellent services!!

I visited the store before two weeks and was not impressed by the service provided. The girl working during that afternoon shift didn’t like my presence in the store, I have shopped many times from several locations and this was the first time customer service was not top notch. I wanted to know if the product I was willing to buy had a tester or not, upon asking she replied very rudely that shampoo is too liquid and will not give tester. If you are willing to take then take. Immediately, I walked out of the store. Thereafter, I visited the same location, yesterday (January 16th 2023). The girl working was helpful and told me that we do provide tester if you need one. I did end up purchasing the hair care product with the tester. She explained promotions going on, greeted well and was kind. In a hurry I forgot to ask her name. The three star is because of her. Otherwise I would have given only one star.I hope the manager of this location takes reviews seriously and improve the customer service provided.

Experience for someone who did not know what they were initially looking for. Informative and knowledgeable. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly… Not to mention patient. Jasmine C was accommodating and kind. was busy, but received surprisingly great service in a busy time of day and location. Provided a sample to ensure repeat business. Thank you!

I highly recommend this location! I went in today to get some hair products for hair growth and for dry scalp and one the sales associate Sarah was truly amazing, she helped me a lot she was giving me good options for hair products how to use them how to treat my hair properly she was very knowledgeable about any hair product she has amazing customer service very friendly. I will be coming back to this location to buy more products! If anyone goes to this locations I recommend talking to Sarah she was truly amazing with everything!
