I went to this store around 5:30 am no line up not much crowded. There were 2 staff: no greeting, forget about smiling, I kept thinking if they don't like the job why are they even working. The owner of this store should take this into consideration that the staff needs to provide a good customer service at all times. My second issue was the only hot item that I took was hash brown and that too wasn't even warm. Very disappointed with this outlet.

Four cheese bagel with extra butter and french vanilla is our usual order. Also tried their new chocolate croissant but it was lil too sweet. Also the extra sugar coating on croissant feels unnecessary.

Yes, it's busy and sometimes it's a long wait but....Pre-covidJust wanted to let you know about the exceptional customer service provided at this particular Tim Hortons. My young son spilled the bottled water I had just bought for him and the staff was more than helpful. First, the manager offered to replace the bottle, which she didn't have to do and second, Abdul was so nice. He specifically asked me not to be sorry. He told my son that he had given him something to do and made us laugh. It's a rare thing to find this level of not only customer service but kindness. Please let the staff know that they are doing a great job and to continue being generally nice people. Thanks!

Extremely Poorly managed. Only two staff are working while 35people are in the line waiting. The same guy is taking orders and serving coffee while the girl is preparing food as per her capacity. Half of the menue is not available. Both of them are trying their best but the fact of they can perform upto an extent. The contractor who provides manpower has no concern at all. Edmonton airport management needs to look into it. Either shut it down or increase the manpower. 35 to 55minutes just to get a coffee is insane.

They had nothing we usually buy from the menu, like Latte and Paninis. This location seems to use the franchise name but don't sell the same. I had never been to a Tim Hortons with no Latte. I didn't know what to order. They also don't take Tim Rewards. I guess they are too busy to participate in any kind of program to benefit the customer, because people will come anyway.The staff is very nice, kudos to the cashier (girl with braces, Saturday March 18, 2023 around 11 am) she was very helpful and smiley. She understood our frustration and offered what she could and smiled with sympathy.

You might want to double check your order, if you have a 15 minutes please be quick. The staff takes expectionally long to prepare an order or get the combo right. We ended up running back to the plane and half the meal wasnt complete. So just pay attention and double check your order before you leave the counter

Feb 6th 5 15 am, the 2 ladies working inside. Cashier is Filipino n other lady is Caucasian. These 2 should be given a raise by TIM HORTONS CORP for the service and quality they provided. Although our food and coffee were served on point there was a Huge lineup and both were doing a fantastic job. Perhaps the manager needs to hire 1 more person so that these 2 great people don't burn out. Employees like these need to be acknowledged and rewarded for their hard work n ethics.

Eggs are always so overcooked that the yolks are a gross grey colour.They don't have the full menu, and if you don't want egg, you still have to pay for it, even though other locations have the lower priced option without egg.Everything else is fine though.
