Spa NewYU

I came because I have a horrible back pain in my upper back. Eko (sorry I don't know how to spell your name hehe) gave me an amazing massage with so much care and made my back feel soooooo amazing, really focusing on the area of my pain. Very deep and specific and also not painful at all! Thank you so much, I will come back!

Ideally I'd like to have given them a 4.5 but seeing as that's not possible 5 stars it is. Truthfully, the massage was fantastic. Yu Xuan has great control and pressure and checks in very often to adjust. My only complaints involved everything but the massage. There were many small details that made it a little bit uncomfortable. No working lock on bathroom, in fact I couldn't even close the door all the way. They appeared short staffed as when we went, the therapist working on me had to go to the front desk to greet people twice. The room was a tad small but that might be mostly because we were 2. All in all, a very good experience, but it could have been exceptional had these issues not been present.

First time visiting New Yu for a couples massage, friendly and welcoming customer service! Amanda and Shu-iven were amazing and overall we had a great experience. Would definitely recommend this place for a relaxing massage.

i had a massage appointment and although they made us wait more than an hour before getting a therapist, the massage was very thorough and relaxing!

Enjoyed a late massage which is sometimes tricky after the masseuse has had a busy day. I understand. I was greeted nicely, accompanied into the massage room. After one hour it was so good I asked for an extra 30 minutes and despite the late hour the nice lady agreed. This of course deserves a better tip which was also appreciated.

This review is an edit of my first review. I originally left a 1 star review for a massage therapist giving me a hard time over the tip. I was not satisfied with the massage so I left her 10%, she insisted on 15% even though I was not satisfied & I gave it to get her do give me my receipt.I received a call the next day from Ashley the manager of the Spa. She was excellent, apologized for the situation and even said 10% was an ok tip (though I do suggest minimum 15% if satisfied with any service). She offered me a free massage from her to make up for the situation.I am super impressed with the follow up service of New YU spa and I will definitely look at the other services they offer such as skincare or waxing to add when I go for my massage. A business that cares about customer satisfaction this much deserves my business and another chance.

This spa has a comfortable environment, spacious rooms, and air circulation. The most important thing is that the massage techniques are professional and serious, and the service attitude is very friendly. They first cover the back with a massage cloth, and use Chinese acupuncture to open the hard knots on the back. Then use oil to soothe the muscles of the entire back, so that it feels particularly relaxed and comfortable after doing both.

They are really wonderful and friendly. I been many times and will be making another appointment for a massage in the very near future ... like for this week...maybe for 90 minutes instead of 60 min...

It was very nice experience for me overall. The environment was clean and quiet. Reception was friendly. I had a deep tissue massage for the first time. Ms. Ashley gave me the treatment carefully and made sure I feel comfortable and relaxed. I felt refreshed after the treatment. Will definitely recommend to you.

NewYU spa has a very convenient location ,friendly staff and great service.Very good price-quality ratio.They put a lot of attention on what you need on the intensity they use and they provide lasting results.In one word is an amazing place!
