Highly recommend them to any Canadians in the market for a roof top tent.In May 2020 we bought an iKamper Skycamp 4x 'Classic' from Sterling Adventure Gear, along with an annex room, wind deflector, and the newer 2.0 mounting brackets to make the installation a breeze.Prior to making the purchase, I spent lots of time reading about the product online and in magazines like the Overland Journal. My only regret is not picking up the phone and calling Sterling sooner. I think I learned more from a 45 minute call with John than I did from 18+months of reading/researching on my own. I was blown away by the amount of time he spent on the phone with me; there was no such thing as a stupid question. As an adventurous family man himself, I felt John wanted to understand the type of trips our family enjoys, our family situation (2 kids), and he even shared details of his experience with a variety of tents he's owned prior to the iKamper he has now. I appreciated how he had first-hand experience with pretty much every question I asked, so was able to answer questions in detail. I instantly felt like John and the team at Sterling knew what they were talking about. I also liked that they were not at all pushy; they approach was very chill and service-focused. Lastly, the pricing was excellent. Free shipping anywhere in Canada is pretty sweet considering the size of these things.After placing the order, I was impressed by how quickly the iKamper shipped from their warehouse in British Columbia to where I live in Manitoba. It only took 3-4 days (by truck, on pallets), and everything arrived in perfect condition.Now that the iKamper has been installed on my 4Runner, we've been getting out and using it as much as possible. My young daughters LOVE IT! With all this COVID restrictions on gatherings right now, my kids are home with us and we're actively searching for new and fun things to do in the great outdoors. Since the iKamper is so easy to set up, we've gone hiking and bird watching near a local wildlife preserve, and even for a spontaneous camping trip on a Thursday night (no more than 15 minutes notice) even though both my wife and I needed to work on Friday morning. - It's that easy to set up and tear down, so we find 'getting out' and having fun as a family is so much easier now that we have the iKamper.For anyone in Canada who is searching for a roof top tent, and perhaps has their eye on iKamper products, I highly recommend John Zimmerman and the team at Sterling Adventure Gear. A refreshingly good purchasing experience! In these COVID-19 times it's been very frustrating trying to buy stuff online. Almost everything is on back-order or shipping is delayed for whatever reason. My order from Sterling was shipped within 2 days and arrived on the third. Very impressive for such a large, unwieldy package!The only reason I don't give five stars is that there were a couple of logistical snags, including a missing confirmation e-mail and a mix-up of the products ordered. In the end, though, John at Sterling was responsive and we worked out a deal that left me with an upgraded tent at a price I could afford.Although I've only spent one night in the iKamper Skycamp 2.0 so far (long story...) both it and its and accessories are very high-quality and I expect to get many years of satisfactory use out of them. No regrets.

Sterling Adventure Gear has been great to deal with. I have the IKamper X-Cover roof top tent that I pre-ordered through IKamper. I wanted to get the annex to go with the tent and because the tent was so new there wasn't much information out on the annex to see if would fit my X-Cover tent. The guys at Sterling not only confirmed there was a specific model of annex that matched my tent, they were able to get it shipped out to me in a quick and timely manor. I look forward to doing more business with them in the future.
