I purchased a new phone from Ralcomm and was offered the service of transferring information from my old one onto the new. I was not offered any disclaimer or warning that this may completely erase my phone and this is exactly what happened. I was informed by the employee that they tried 6 different times and got an error but decided to keep trying until it factory reset my phone. For future reference, a business practice would be to completely inform your customers of the risk before taking their personal devices and stating you can complete a service. Additionally, I question the professionalism of the manager as I witnessed them liking comments on my other review stating I am at fault for having an old phone, my phone was only approximately 2 years old and when you do not offer consent/damage forms to sign it is your liability to complete the service offered properly.

I have been dealing with Ralcomm for all my electronic services for over 20+ years. From cell phones, two way radios to installing new stereos in my units. Norm and all his staff at any of Ralcomm locations are the best.Thanks Norm, Joe and Chris for all you do.

From Norm to Joe to Tamara to all the staff, 100% top notch advice and service. Recently, we have overloaded Keeghan with a ton of issues that she has patiently dealt with on our behalf. Keeghan is like Cleveland...she ROCKS!We will continue to use Ralcomms' services both personally and through our business.

I transferred my service from Rogers to Telus and was having a lot of trouble on how to do it, Until I called Ralcomm and Aimee helped me out. I didn’t buy my phone there or any products there and she still helped me. She called Telus and quarterbacked the whole thing. Guess where my next phone will come from. Thanks Aimee

I've gone here for years for my phones and a remote starter. I mostly deal with Meredith (she's amazing!) but everyone is great and provides awesome service.

These guys are always there to help. I’ve been there many times but the last time the fella behind the counter helped me get my remote starter working after I bought new batteries. He tested the old ones and showed me they were shot and then showed me what the new ones were reading using a multi meter. Even after replacing the batteries the truck didn’t start so he came outside to troubleshoot and got it going. That’s what experience gets you.

Great customer service. Joe helped me find what I actually needed vs. simply selling me what I thought I needed (even though what I thought I needed was more expensive). I installed last night and he was right, huge improvement. Highly recommend.

Been with em for 14 years now, other than issues out of their control they always are quick to come out to the country to fix the wifi or assist with phone repairs
