I've used this company for both of my children and paid a lot of money! Everything would be fine, except the company is no longer responding to my calls or emails. I got through once back in April and spoke the their rep. She was very unfriendly and stated they work from home due to covid-19. She told me to send an email request and I will get their response back. That was back in April, not it's July and no one got ever back to me. I am seriously worried about my money and what's happening with my storage...

Their customer service is completely non-existent constantly overcharging credit card non-responsive to any form of communication including registered mail. I have no idea if my daughter stem cells are even intact. A one-star rating is too high

I have samples for 2 of my children. I tried getting in touch with the company as they are no longer taking my payments. There is no way for me to reach anyone. Where are our samples. This was to be a lifetime commitment. These samples are not replaceable. It's a matter of life and death.

I have been paying these people for my daughters stem cells for over 15 years. They have over charged my credit card on multiple occasions. I can not reach them by phone or email. I sent a registered letter and still no response. I don't know how they stayed in business so long. Now what am I to do? They have our Stem Cells!! I don't even know if they are still viable!!

AVOID!!!2 Children, $5000, plus $300 yearly storage fee - and no one answers or returns calls. No longer taking payments. Where are everyone's samples? Bernartka Ellison has stolen from my family, my children, my future. Don't be a victim ... Stay away from this company.

Only form of contact is through mail. No phone or email. Over charging my credit card. Do not use this company. Would give less than one star if possible

Please do not use this company. They failed a Health Canada inspection in 2015 for 18 different reasons one of which was not storing properly.
