Gee at Nazeom was most helpful replacing my son’s OKAI e-scooter battery charger. Was shipped immediately! Great customer service!Adding onto this (January 17, 2023), Gee has gone above and beyond helping my son out with his scooter which was having issues. He answered emails promptly and calls. He helped my son with a replacement scooter and helped set it up all of which was greatly appreciated and set the bar high for what excellent customer should be. As a Mom in Ontario and a son at UBC, the peace of mind dealing with Gee at Nazeom was reassuring. Highly recommend Nazeom Trading Ltd.....great people to deal with!
