I’m very new to Orillia and was recommended by a coworker who also services her vehicle there too. The service I received was Michelin Star, it just doesn’t get much better than that. Quality work, courteous and professional. The manager was friendly and kind to a out of town customer. I would gladly recommend this company to anyone who missed the old fashion value of treating the customers with respect and dignity.

I was from out of town and stranded with my truck and needing a new AC compressor to get back on the road. At the hotel I was lucky enough to be recommended by the front desk, who's father a retired mechanic and swore by Red Truck Automotive. Best recommendation I've ever had! Locally owned and run family business. Didn't do anything that wasn't quoted or discussed. I felt completely comfortable with my truck in they're hands. That has never happened when I've had to bring a vehicle to a shop I didn't know...ever! I did with them and so would anyone else. You're in good hands at Red Truck.They were open earlier than the rest, and when I called, Lisa told me they'd squeeze me in to get me home! They searched all the day to find a new part for the truck, and managed to get one delivered and installed by the next morning. Lisa even picked me up and dropped me off from the hotel I was staying at. I was totally blown away with their dedication and service to their customers. Any town would be lucky to have auto shop of that caliber!Thanks for everything you guys!

This business is well run by friendly professionals who understand the nature of auto repairs and there often urgent needs. I had a wheel bearing go on me so arranged a rental with Enterprise car Rental and dropped the car off at Red Truck. Upon arriving at Enterprise I was informed they had overbooked the rentals and had no vehicle for me, ninth on the waiting list so not today.. I was stranded and stressing out. Then I get a call from Red Truck, to confirm the work order. They had taken care of business and I was on my way with a new wheel bearing,,,SAME DAY,,,,BEFORE LUNCH. Very professional, friendly, know there business and know their clients needs. Thank you Red Truck

Awesome truck shop I had an emergency because my wheel bearing failed and I was in an out within 3 hours same day. Highly recommend these guys !

Once again our old Honda CRV needed TLC just yesterday! Lisa and Jordan at Red Truck phoned the supplier to make sure ALL of our brake components were still under warranty, and despite closing at 3:30 Friday afternoons, they stayed until much past that to ensure the work was done. And their labour cost to replace well...let's just say, Thank you! So professional, communicative and honest. We'd go nowhere else. Thanks guys. I've been going to Red Truck for about 2 years and as usual, these guys were amazingly honest and fairly priced. They found my mystery mechanical issue which puzzled any car guy" I spoke to. I will only trust them with the care of my vehicle and I've found out they swap tires at a cheaper rate than Mr Lube
