Mediterranean Grill Restaurant at Denman LTD..
Great food experience for our first day in Vancouver as tourists. We got the joojeh kebab and the koobideh and they were tasty.Service was fast, food came in great portions, and the prices were very reasonable for the value we got.Would totally recommend this place for a generous lunch after a long day of strolling around Vancouver downtown.

People are very friendly and hard-working. Been coming here for over a decade and taste always amazing. Generous portion is enough for 2 meals.

Mediterranean Grill Restaurant at Denman LTD..
Definitely the best place for Mediterranean food in the area. The portion sizes were generous and the menu is very decently priced compared to similar places in the area. The chicken shawarma was bursting in flavour and tender served on a bed of delicious rice pilaf. This place opens till 4am and can get really busy after-hours when everyone is looking for a hangover meal.

I was staying in english bay hotel for a few nights and decided to try this place on my last night i decided to try this place and i am so happy i did. The food is absolutely amazing! The aroma, the spices, the meat was tender and flavorful ,the rice, potato was super soft and delicious, and the sauces were also great! My only thing i didn't like was the pita but I'm still giving this place 5 stars on everything and will recommend to friends because that one thing alone won't change the amazing food, great atmosphere and very friendly staff. When i come back to the Vancouver area i will definitely be back!

We used to order from here often for one main reason- the garlic sauce. It’s delicious. However, 50% of the time they forget to include it. Then we started calling to make sure they include it and it was still 50/50 on whether we’d get it. And now they started charging $2 for a side of garlic sauce. Out of the last two times we ordered: one time they forgot it (again) and the next time we did get it, but it was a tiny little dipping cup side of it. For $2! Absolutely ridiculous.The other reason we used to order often was the great value, but now they keep increasing the prices. Just last fall the Large Chicken Shawarma Plate was $16 now it’s $22.50. The Ground Beef Kebab Plate was $13 and now it’s $16.50.We’ve gotten tired of not knowing if we’ll get the garlic sauce (again the biggest reason we would choose Mediterranean Grill over the other 8 options in the area). That, along with now charging for a tiny side of it and the increased prices in general, has made us move on to the other shawarma places. It’s sad.

It was our first time here and we will definitely be coming back. The food was tasty and fresh and they serve huge portions. Our food came out very quickly. We ordered #6 chicken shawarma plate and #7 beef & lamb shawarma plate. The lamb was the best, it didn't have that gamy taste and it was seasoned very well and tender. The dill rice was flavorful and the tzatziki was really good too. The plate also comes with some potato and a cucumber/tomato salad. The only thing is didnt like was the pita, I prefer the thick bread like kind. The owners were very friendly. :)

After my friends and I attended a music concert we definitely were in need for something filling, nutritious, and delicious! I thought of shawarma and our friend from Vancouver took us to the right spot. Not only did our order come blazing fast but it was also packed and there was a noticeable difference in the normal sized shawarma platter, and the large size that I shared with another friend! The dill rice was outstanding I could eat that every meal, and the chicken was juicy and flavourful. Thank you for giving us a great experience that evening. It definitely hit the spot.
