A special someone really needed a cheerful boost today, so Vancouver Gift Baskets was the way to go for same-day delivery (by 11am!). We were a tad past the cut-off time, but thankful that Carole made it happen for us. She provided excellent customer service and was a delight to speak with.

I wanted to send a gift basket to dear friends that are moving into a new home in Vancouver. After carefully reading the reviews for many gift basket companies, I decided to call Vancouver Gift Baskets because of their great reviews. And I agree...Carole and her team are AMAZING! When I first contacted them they asked me if the recipient of the basket (our friends) liked chocolates or has nut allergies. They wanted to be sure that the contents of the gift basket would be well received. Then when I wanted to add balloons to my gift basket they said no problem. They even asked me about what I would like for the balloon style, wording and colors. They were truly concerned that our gift basket would be perfect for our friends. I cannot say enough how impressed I am with their dedication to providing the perfect gift basket for our friends. I only wish I could give them 10 stars!!!
