Came from Edmonton and been to a couple Chanel locations already(the one in Calgary and two other stores in Toronto). The SAs in other locations were either had attitudes or ignored me.I was aiming to get a mini purse under $3000 but ended up with Chanel 22bag. Falling into love with the bag was not the primary reason but how Miyoko treated us. She was so patient walking around the store with us and didn’t have any attitude after knowing I wouldn’t purchase anything on the first day. So I come back for her before I leave Toronto:)Anyhow, so excited with my first Chanel bag!! Thanks so much for giving me such a great experience Miyoko!

Been to all the Chanel locations in Toronto and by far this is the best location! The level of customer service here lives up to their brand name. Chanel being a luxury brand with limited items can be a mission to find the exact colour and type you want. After 4 months of visiting all 3 Chanel locations the Yorkville location was the one where I finally found my new coin purse. Christina was so patient and really helped me pick the one for me. Thank you Christina!

Gotta be careful choosing a product. They (the sales person's name was Winnie on the day) say the product is NEW one, recently shipped, whatever. The bag I could get was seriously worn out especially, the edges/corners. Here's the story. She showed me a clutch and I holded the product for two hours to have time to check other colour at Holt nearby, and came back to this place to buy it. She said this is only one left and NEW. The way of speaking to potential client was absolutely not appropriate (even unethical) because when I checked the product quality right before checking out, I found it worned out and she DID ADMITTED. Never said sorry or apologized for wasting my time, which disgusted me. I would never come back this branch again. Winnie helped me to have the WORST shopping experience at Chanel.

I always have the best shopping experience here! The staff are so nice and always welcome me with a smile. My SA Phi-Thu is the VERY BEST! She’s so helpful, kind and patient. I hope she never leaves. Happy to commute down here even though the Yorkdale location is closer to me.

Amazing shop. Great variety of bags, clothes and jewellery. Staff was very courteous. Presentation of items was very nice. Staff went the extra mile to advise on what is best for the customer.

I had a wonderful experience at Chanel in Yorkdale. This was my first purchase. I wasn't a top paying customer, I wasn't buying a $12,000 handbag. I simply bought a pair of logo crystal earrings I have wanted for many years. The sales associates were personable, helpful and I'm a very happy customer. I've been eyeing a pair of espadrilles for spring and I will definitely be back to this location!

Chanel Canada is a complete embarrassment. Their product available is the only Chanel around the world that’s so low and that never comes back for months. Not to mention the whats the point of having a website when the hours are 9-5?!? No other Chanel around the world has such horrible online hours. How are customers suppose to receive help when you offer ridiculous hours?? You look at any other company ex: Sephora and they have almost 24hr customer care for their website. Lastly, Canada is the only Chanel that doesn’t do customer transactions for their customers if needed. #Chanelcanada your product stock for makeup and skin, online hours service support, and order placement is complete garbage. It’s 2023 you should be up to date with technology by having your staff place orders online and have realistic customer service hours!! Do better Chanel Canada!!
