The del guy left delivery sticker on our building on outdoor glass did not even enter our unlocked building main floor !! He leftNot very professional at all !! Very disappointed with this !!

Customer service at the office is great. Some of the delivery guys should be fired on the spot! Totally disappointed with the service. If I order online and delivery is from FedEx, I cancel the order!

This company’s call centre is the worse. If I could give it a 0 I would. Suppose to pick up no one showed up. Told me the pick up was scheduled from 11-5 and call back after 5. I waited till 5:30. Called back. I was told that it was scheduled from 11-6 and to call back if they did not show. It’s now after 6 and no one has picked up my boxes!!!! Terrible call centre. Wont even listed to you at all.

Poor signage leading to customer parking, rude employees and drivers that don't know how to do their job. Can't call" the gentleman that brought me the package was very nice though."

FedEx is as much of an annoyance as any other shipping company. I understand the process but I do feel like delivery drivers should try harder to contact the owner of the package before driving away.Import taxes are absolutely insane, too. Bought a pack of stickers for $12, charged $25 for import tax. Bought $60 worth of clothes, $32 taxes.

Excellent customer service, I've never had an issue with a late parcel. They're always on time if not earlier than expected, prices are great. The delivery drivers are always polite and seem to love their jobs. I highly recommend choosing FedEx Ground for all your shipping needs.

Sault doesnt have a fed ex ground depot. So cant pick this parcel up in the city, and im not driving to Sudbury for a courier parcel. No knock, just a ticket on the door. The tell me they are on the way, they dont show up. They tell me a day of the week, they come the day after. An unreliable waste of your time.
