First off, their hours of operation on google are different than the hours of operation on their website. I've also tried calling multiple times when they are supposed to be open and it's gone straight to a busy line. There's no voicemail option and I've already been told to call back when a specific agent comes in because Reception couldn't do that for me.*Edit*: thankfully they got back to me and confirmed hours are different due to Ramadan. but I still wish they were able to help better.

Please be careful about Visa fee(all changed : limited stay Visa $87 to $205 )is not right. It has been updated but still website shows old price so before submitting application make sure checking with consular service. It will save your time and money.
