Spirit Halloween

I got a robin costume from here. The first one I got was missing the cape. I came back the next day and it was a hassle free exchange. Luckily they had another cape in the right size. It was the only place that had the costume!

I use Spirit Halloween every year to add to my haunted house. They always have new ideas and it is reasonably priced. I would recommend Spirit for those beginning to decorate for Halloween and for those who have been doing it for years. Year 31 for me.

Picked up my gladiator outfit today , putting on to go to party and all the accessories that are listed on the package are missing. Best of all told final sale can't do anything. Wow great customer services. Never buy anything from them again and I'll tell everyone

Super interactive staff! Are always willing to help out if there's any questions or concerns so it makes the experience overall better. I love shopping here for all my decor. It's hard to find good quality decor and costumes but here its 10/10 ! :)

While the store had everything we were looking for the staff made the experience extremely uncomfortable.I went with my husband and our 7 year old son. We looked for costumes for our daughter as well. I felt followed by the employees. Everywhere I turned, there was a store employee looking at me or walking closely near me or my husband and child. I felt rushed to complete a transaction, an a completely empty store. It was early in the day and no reason to be felt rushed. When I mentioned to my husband that the staff seemed overly attentive he just sadly shook his head. We are a mixed raced family and couldn't help but feel as if all eyes were on us". I understand employees wanted to be helpful and close in case we had questions but it didn't not see like they were trying to be helpful. It felt more like just trying to get us out.I thought spirit was a store to explore the Halloween fun but this store seems to have missed that memo."

It’s in the old sports check location across from square one and the movie theaters.I thought the selection and the prices for the costumes was OK but not really on the other accessories. Today was really busy is the Saturday before Halloween is like their Christmas

Great selection of costumes for both children and adults. They have lots of pieces that you can create your own costume or go with one of the costumes that comes with everything in one bag. They also had a huge selection of inflatable costumes which are a hit with the teens. The quality of the costumes are pretty good, however the price point is also a bit higher than some other stores.

It was located in the same space it was last year, which is where Sears used to be. I was surprised at how much less variety there was. It was kept clean and tidy. I was hoping to get more steam punk accessory but they only had a few options. Way less than last year.

Great place for Halloween costumes, but it was a bit pricey for me. Accessories, make-up, and more. It sure has everything you need for Halloween and more.

Some good stuff but Always hard to find desired products available and won’t sell the displays . phones auto answer the few Times I have called .
