I would give 0 stars to him if I could based on his knowledge…On Sunday , my mom went to emergency at Rockyview with a really bad eye infection, after several hours of tests he sent her home with some lubricant eye drops and corticosteroids drops (by the way none covered by insurance) and no antibiotics and he made her schedule a follow appointment 2 weeksMy two kids had the same eye infection few days before hers started and they got antibiotic eye drops and the improvement was almost instantOn Wednesday my mom had very little progress so we called his office for an emergency appointment… we showed him the medication my kids had and told him they were now fine, to which he responded:”Yes those are antibiotics” yes, mr smart pants, we knew those were antibiotics, we were telling you that she needed those antibiotics too… but no, he sent my mom back home with same ineffective treatment he prescribed to her at the hospital and told her that he wont continue treating her and referred her to the doctor that was treating her after she got a minor laser procedure… to please schedule an appointment with her dr in two weeksOn Saturday (almost a week after she saw this “doctor” my mom got both eyes infected, we decided to take her to an eye clinic were a real dr prescribed her with the antibiotics she needed…We totally wasted our time with this guy, money on expensive and ineffective treatment, and he didn’t solved the problem , plus he compromised my mom’s health…Terrible experience with him

Dr. Wong has no time for his patients. He spends about 2 minutes with you, if that, rushes, speaks super fast, and then ups and leaves the room. His bedside" manner doesn't even exist. The girls in the office are his saving grace."
