Horrible customer service experience with GFL Environmental in Belleville. Not returning calls, not adhering to the stipulations in our contract, and not responding to e-mails in excess of a 4 month period. As a business owner, I would advise you read any contract with GFL very carefully and ensure you fully understand the ways you can cancel your contract. Our customer service representative did not respond to several e-mails and phone calls, and even hung up on us when we tried to cancel our contract with them. This has been a very disappointing experience over the last couple of years, and I would caution anyone before signing up for any service from GFL.
