Thorougly disappointed in the Milton st location . I've been a client there for years, and it's never taken more than a few hours to do my taxes this year it's taken 11 days. when they office finally called to tell me my taxes were done, they wouldn't even tell me any information about my tax return and the woman on the other end of the phone belittled and actually laughed at me. I may not be the smartest person, but nobody deserves to be treated that way.I went back to pick up our paperwork, only to find out they had lost the signature page for my wife's return. And when they emailed her the documents to sign (for the second time) half of the pages were missing and someone (who was not my wife) had already tried to sign my her name. The staff there are incredibly unhelpful and incompetent. You've lost a long time client.

Neil is amazing! I strongly encourage you to use his services. I hadn't filed my taxes for several years because I didn't know how and I was living out of the country. He totally sorted me out, and I also walked away with a huge tax return. He's helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. He's also been super supportive to my wife and I as we apply for her permanent residency in providing me with the tax records he kept a file of.
