Very disappointed with customer service and honoring their warranty. Purchased a GE washer with extended 4 years warranty that began after manufacturer warranty expired. Washer recently broke. Followed their warranty process with 3rd party company King & State. Took them 8 days to send a repair tech to assess. Was advised that washer required a tub service kit that would be 3 to 5 business days to order. Almost 3 weeks later no communication from anyone. Took it upon myself to call King & State with my claim number. I was advised that the repair has been deemed not feasible and I was only offered a prorated 50% credit of the original purchase price that has to be used at Leon's within 30 days towards the purchase of a new washing machine only. I have called King & State multiple times and asked to speak to a manager in regards to them not advising me of this for 3 weeks until i called them. Only to be refused and told that their policies do not allow me to be transferred to management! I have spent close to $12 thousand on appliances and furniture with Leon's Windsor over the last 4 years. And all that I requested in return was for Leon's Windsor to cover the additional $372 (50%) towards purchasing a replacement washer from them. They are refusing to do anything beyond prorated credit offered. I will definitely be taking ALL my business elsewhere moving forward.

We had such a pleasant shopping experience at the Windsor location. Amanda was great. We never felt pressured to make any decisions. We ended up purchasing a couch and the whole process went so smoothly!

At first we were disappointed. We walked in and no one said Hello. Renee came up and asked us if we were being taken care of and took a lot of time with us. She was very knowledgeable of her products as well as the warranties and protection. She saved the deal for us and we walked out with a living room set. Thank you Renee.

I have been shopping at Leon’s for quite some time and I feel that their quality is best in the town despite the price being pretty competitive. Nina, a sales rep at Leon’s has helped for the past 5 years to make informed decision about my home furniture. She is very honest and always gives me the best advice. Highly recommended.

Love love love this place!! Most of my furniture is from Leon’s. 5 stars for me always!! So much of to choose from and they have the best customer care. I find things on deal and paying full price for items is always worth the money and wait. To anyone who’s new in Canada I highly suggest Leon’s!!

Very happy with our purchase of the Collier chair. Ordering and delivery was fast and easy. The delivery service was quick, efficient and extremely polite. Very pleased overall!

We recently purchased a couch and love seat from this store. From entering the store to having the furniture delivered it was a perfect experience. Our salesperson (Sawyer) answered all our questions quickly and accurately. Although the product was not available in store, the order was placed and we were promised" a delivery within 3 - 4 weeks. Roderick is extremely patient, I never felt pressured to make a decision, and most importantly, a professional - who knows the business inside and out. The buying process of my first bedroom from Leon's took 20mins. The best part – and Roderick only made the buying experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend you talk to Roderick if you are considering buying a new house furniture's.

Great team but quality of product could be betterWe bought a dining set and in less than two months the chairs are already thin and it hurts to sit in them.Update:The team reached out and fixed the chairs! I rate them 5 star for customer service.

Purchased a refrigerator and range for my mother from sales associate Leo Gens and had the best experience! Leo was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, helpful and very patient. He followed up to ensure all went smoothly. Highly recommend Leo!! The delivery was made by Steve and Patrick and they are also exceptional! They were very professional, patient and quickly solved the problems encountered with the small doorways. Overall great experience as a result of these 3 individuals!
