I do a lot of shipping for work at this location. Every time I see its the tall white guy my heart drops. Guys super rude and impatient. I dont even have difficult tasks or questions and usually I'm there when they're not busy. I set up the shipping labels at home and already payed online. And the guys still a db. Last time i was there I noticed he's the manager. Seriously? Did everyone else quit?

Another complaint post for Kevin, the tall white guy. If he was working, there would always be a lineup. One time I went there with two delivery notices and he only gave me one because he said the other one was not input into the system even though I knew exactly what that package looked like and just right next to him in the large bin. Today I went there to pick up and return a package at the same time, he gave me the package and refused to put my return label on the same box because he claimed the box has a dangerous goods sign which mismatched the item I shipped. But excuse me I was just returning the same package he gave me a minute ago?! Very rude and he pretended that he knew everything. Really if you are unhappy about the job, give yourself and everyone else a break, please!!

I went to mail some documents. I asked for a clear tape just to double seal the edge of the mailing envelope since the tape on the side is coming off. One of the lady employee who helped me today said, “We don’t have a tape and you need to buy because we sell it”. Seriously??? This is unbelievable. As Canada post, your dealing with parcels at all times and your telling your customer to buy for a very small portion of the mailing envelope needed to be tape on. What kind of a customer service your trying to provide to your customer? You need a proper training with good conduct, etiquette and knowledge on how to handle costumer concerns. You were hired but never trained. Sorry for my language but such a dumb employee, that Canada post doesn’t have a clear tape handy, instead offering the cusotmer to buy. Worst customer service experience ever.

This one is located inside the Shoppers. With so many negative reviews, I was hesitant to come here but didn’t wanna walk further to other locations. To my surprise, my experience turned out to be quite pleasant. There was only one staff named Juan, he recommended a cheaper office tape and sealed the package for me. He was friendly and polite the whole time towards me and other customers.

I had no clue how to return something online and Mandeep helped me throughout everything. Not gonna lie, I was very unorganized but she was super kind and patient. I was there for I would say maybe 30 minutes total just to figure out the return policies of the company I was sending the things back to, and I noticed that she was super kind and friendly and patient with literally everyone else she helped. I don’t think I would’ve gotten any better help if I went anywhere else. I was helped at March 6th, 2023 about like 4-5pm around that time. I hope she gets rewarded because I am genuinely grateful for having her be the one to assist me through the return. If it weren’t for her help I would’ve lost a lot of money.

Staff refused to help me print shipping label while Canada Post’s website claims that they provide this kind of service. I doubt that there isn’t a single printer in the post office. Either stop boasting that you can provide this kind of service or admit that you don’t want to help.

Good fast service. Came here for proof of ID for my credit card. Do not go to the one at Steveston and No. 5. Worker’s there like to make there own rule’s. Lazy!

Had a run-in with the supposedly manager.First was dealing with an employee who seemed nice and asked about what I was mailing.We discussed the content of the shipment.I showed him the content as well as the padded envelope I intended to use for shipment.Proceeded to address the envelope insert the item, seal, and ready to ship.The Supposed manager comes out and takes over from his co-worker.Begins to question the contents of my package to then say it needed to be sealed in a separate container before inserted in the envelope.I then followed with your co-worker, who did not warn me of this. Therefore, I won't pay for the envelope. (1.60$ who cares)He then says: Well... did you ask him first?And you have to pay for the envelope regardless because you wrote on it.What a terrible customer service, and then I look up here he is holding the content of my package in his hands and inspecting it right while I'm paying for his wasted envelope.Canada Post should not have someone like that working for them, and even less running a store.I notice he has had a lot of comments made on here already. I won't proceed to describe him as the other commenters did, but it definitely is the same guy.

I recently had a customer service encounter that left me disappointed. The staff member I interacted with lacked support, friendliness, and empathy. Despite my request for assistance, they displayed indifference and failed to provide the necessary support. It's unfortunate to experience such a lack of customer-oriented service. really bad customer service , im pretty sure it was the same guy who everyone seems to be leaving bad reviews about I think his name is Kevin ( tall white guy with a beard ) seemed frustrated at my questions about different types of shipping costs….and his attitude was bad, he even let out a sigh when I asked a simple question. find better employees , im unsure why hes still working there despite all of the negative reviews hes been getting.
