Came with a group a friends to see the city. We arrived at 1pm for their supposedly boarding time. I’ve waited in line along the fence for almost an hour for the boat to show up. As we walked up the stairs to get to the top level, 2 crew members ran down and made it obvious that something was wrong... all three levels were packed but then slowly people got off. I gave it some time but by 3:30 we decided to ask the captain for an update. I’m giving it a one star for their good music but they sure do lack on customer service skills. I believe the captain should have informed us from the beginning. I’m sure they are getting people to give them 5 stars to boost their ratings. The last three reviews sound similar. Must be someone they know.... so disappointing

Went to a Sailing by the Six party but there was no sailing involved. We waited in line forever and when we got in nobody informed us that the boat had mechanical issues. We decided to give it some time and asked a couple of crew members but nobody had an answer. After 2.5 hours we asked the captain and he told us that the boat had mechanical issues and it would not move. I understand this but It would have been nice if we were told this before we got on the boat. I’m sure they knew this from the start. It was inconsiderate and disappointing.

We went for the Vegan Boat Cruise organized here and it was great. The boat has three decks, so theoretically there is plenty of room to move around but I guess for the vegan fest, they overfilled (at least it looked like) the boat and it was quite cramped. The top deck is from where you get all the views. The cruise was of about 4 hours and it moved around from the dock to the Toronto Islands (mostly Center Island) and then, for about 1.5 hours, just circled in the Inner Harbour. It views are absolutely amazing once it's dark and the downtown lights come out.The event itself was great. It was an all-vegan fest and plenty of vendors showcasing their business - food as well as non-food. Many amazing food items and we had a great time. The DJ on the top deck was great and we had a great party too.Absolutely recommended.

We got on the boat no problem. The issues were all drinks were $10 no matter the drink, the credit card machine was faulty and staff were running it up and down stairs to the different bars. They did not give notice on the ticket that food was cash only, and no debit accepted. My friend tried the two ATM's on board, and neither worked so she asked the bartender to give her guidance, and he asked her if she could read. Overall a very disappointing experience, and hope to get a refund.

Party was good overall, specially with the views of city, but the songs were not good at all and it made us not have enough fun.Boarding took almost an hour and we stayed on water more than we supposed to be. The parking was another extra $25+tax which was annoying!Drinks were around $10 and up. They do not accept debit card, only credit and cash.We paid $60 once and when we went for the second round, the guy said there is a limit of $20 purchase for credit card, but the lady that served us first time did the $60 on credit card with no issue!Overall, not bad for one-time try.

Good music...nicely managed...good customer services...Only thing is the food they serve on board is awful...cold and taste very bad...stale...I guess it's a caterer...probably they should think about changing the caterer

The security needs to be changed immediately, Kant protection or whatever the security company was there were absolutely rude and disgusting. Asking people for money to skip the line and if they didn't have physical ID, the big guy at the front was asking for $20 cash to let them on or go home even though the group had tickets. The boat staff was nice but security did not do anything, we complained about some drunk guys bumping into us and were told that we should go downstairs and there's nothing they can do.
